传统的手工地毯，大抵要经过图案设计、染纱、挂经、编织、平毯等数十道工艺流程。而为了取得更加精巧细致的做工，D-K手工地毯尤其注重编织细节——取两根强韧阻燃丙纶穿入针眼，以四股合成一线，凭借着手工师傅高超的穿引技术，以适宜力道快而精准在设计蓝图上飞针走线，任他手中的针线,如游龙般欢乐而充满朝气的在地毯上钻孔、穿线打结。循环往复中，奠定了D-K手工地毯结实强韧的基础。其结实耐用程度是单股机械织毯的4倍以上，足以对抗经年累月的踩踏而不必畏惧变形威胁；特殊手工技艺，将地毯使用寿命延长至8 ~10年之久——为普通机织毯的5倍！长久的手工劳作，由手工师傅带着的对手工技艺的热爱，透过一针一线的穿引，融入地毯中，赋予它艺术的生命。细微之处见纯粹，精巧之处显格调。地毯绒面立体感强、层次感，是糅合了设计师智慧和资深工匠师心血的经典佳作。
